Accommodation

Symporg SA has made reservations for participants in several hotels. Please return your hotel accommodation form (available on the registration form) as soon as possible, indicating the hotel of your choice as well as second choice, should the first not be available. Modifications must be communicated in writing to Symporg SA before August 15th 2006. After this date, all changes must be addressed directly to the hotel (the address of the hotel will be mentioned on the confirmation letter). Important: for the reservation at the Cité Universitaire, full payment is required.

Please book your hotel accommodation no later than 1st July 2006. After this date, we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms. For the location of the hotels see www.geneve-tourisme.ch.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the request for accommodation, together with the first night deposit, or indication of a valid credit card number, a confirmation letter will be sent to the delegate.

Cancellation and refunds

Any cancellation must be sent to Symporg SA in writing. For cancellations received prior to August 1st, 2006 the registration fee and/or the hotel deposit will be refunded less CHF 100.- for administrative charges. No refund will be possible after August 1st, 2006.
