Lunches

Delegates' fees include: scientific sessions and congress documents, coffee breaks, welcome reception, a pass for public transportation.
Accompanying person fees include: access to the exhibition, coffee breaks, welcome reception, walking guided city tour and a pass for public transportation.
 
Confirmation of payment:
A confirmation letter will be sent to participants upon receipt of their payment.
Cancellation and refunds:

 

Any cancellation must be sent to Symporg SA in writing. For cancellations received prior to August 1st, 2006 the registration fee and/or the hotel deposit will be refunded less CHF 100.- for administrative charges. No refund will be possible after August 1st, 2006.
